Lipas Masuk dalam Telinga, OMG.. Ni Kes Telinga Kotor ni atau Sebaliknya.

Hari ini tajuk blog saya mengenai telinga. kita harus bersyukur kerana diberikan telinga yang boleh mendengar bunyi alam di sekeliling kita. telinga merupakan organ pendengaran yang menukarkan gelombang bunyi kepada satu bentuk maklumat untuk disampaikan ke otak kita , oleh itu telinga hendaklah dijaga dengan rapi dan baik maksudnya pastikan telinga kita sentiasa bersih dan harus dijaga dengan baik klu boleh cuba elakkan dari gangguan bising kerana ia juga boleh mengakibatkan kerosakan terhadap telinga kita. ok direct to the point je la ye.. sbenarnya tadi pagi telinga terasa amat gatal macam ada something je ..tp selepas di garu sini sana baru terasa nikmatnya dunia hehehe tp jgan masukkan pencucuk telinga taw nnti semua tahi telinga akan tersumbat di dalam tue. ok habis je bersihkan telinga tiba2 terfikir  pernah tak ada kejadian dimana ada lipas atau serangga masuk kat dalam telinga? so saya pun cubalah buka youtube pastu tetiba terjumpa tajuk lipas masuk dalam telinga, aku pun cuba lah tengok kan pastu bukan main lagi terus meremang bulu roma ku .. so korang joinla video dibawah ni dan nasihat ku utk semua dan diri sendiri pastikan persekitaran kita sentiasa bersih lebih2 lagi kat bilik tidur mana lah tau kan time kita tidur tetiba lipas masuk pastu tak keluar2 sbb dah bersarang kat dalam tue kan.. choiii geli oh.. .

Kenapa Kita Perlu Senyum Sepanjang Masa?

1.     Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang bermaksud: “Janganlah kamu meremehkan kebaikan apa pun, walaupun sekadar bertemu saudaramu dengan wajah yang manis (wajah ceria dan senyuman).” – Hadis Riwayat Muslim.
2.     Senyum merupakan satu senaman berbentuk jogging dalaman yang dapat merangsang seluruh tubuh melaui sistem saraf otak dan juga hormon-hormon. Apabila kita tersenyum, badan turut ‘tersenyum’ dan memperlahankan aliran darah yang melalui sinus ke otak. Ini sangat bermanfaat dalam mengelakkan tekanan darah yang tinggi ke otak.
3.     Apabila kita tersenyum, kita hanya menggunakan 17 otot muka berbanding 43 ketika mengerutkan dahi.
4.     Senyuman bukan hanya sekadar reaksi terhadap sesuatu, malah ia juga terlibat dalam penghasilan endorphin yang mengurangkan kesakitan fizikal dan emosi menjadikan seseorang itu merasa lebih selesa dengan diri sendiri.
5.     Ketawa (berperasaan gembira) sebanyak 100 kali dalam tempoh 24 jam mempunyai manfaat kardiovaskular sama seperti bersenam selama 10 minit. Hal ini demikian kerana apabila kita ketawa, tekanan darah dan kadar degupan jantung meningkat. Seterusnya, kedua-dua kadar ini akan turun lebih rendah daripada paras sebelum ketawa.
6.     “Tawa Rasulullah SAW hanyalah senyuman.” – Riwayat Tirmidzi.
7.     Kajian yang dibuat oleh sekumpulan saintis dari Universiti Pusat Perubatan California menjelaskan terdapat dua jenis ‘stress’ iaitu stress yang baik dan stress yang tidak baik. Senyum dikategorikan sebagai stress yang baik. Stress yang tidak baik akan memberi tekanan kepada sistem ketahanan badan.
8.     Apabila kita senyum, sel pembunuh tumor dan virus semulajadi dalam badan akan bertambah selaras dengan pertambahan Gamma-interferon (protein melawan penyakit), sel T (yang penting untuk sistem pertahanan badan) dan sel B (yang menghasilkan antibodi untuk melawan penyakit).
9.     Senyuman juga mampu merendahkan tekanan darah, menambah kemasukan oksigen dalam darah dan ini secara tidak langsung merangsang proses penyembuhan.
10.   Senyuman yang diakhiri dengan ketawa mengaktifkan bahan kimia badan dan secara tidak langsung merendahkan risiko penyakit jantung, tekanan darah tinggi, strok, arthritis dan ulser.
11.   Senyuman dan ketawa adalah senaman yang baik kerana ia membabitkan diafragma, abdomen, sistem pernafasan, muka, kaki dan otot belakang badan. Ia ibarat urutan terhadap organ-organ dalam abdomen dan menguatkan otot abdomen, merangsang kedua-dua belah otak dan meningkatkan daya tumpuan belajar. Ia juga melegakan ketegangan otot dan tekanan psikologi, membuatkan otak lebih peka serta bersedia menerima maklumat baru.
12.   Ketawa juga dikatakan mampu memperbaiki fungsi usus, sekali gus meningkatkan pencernaan dan penyerapan nutrient dalam badan.
13.   Senyum mampu menjadi penawar kepada penyakit rohani yang kronik. Ia juga mampu menyejukkan hati yang sedang marah dan memulakan sebuah ukhuwwah.
14.   Dalam ajaran Islam, senyum mempunyai kedudukan yang setaraf dengan bersedekah. Sabda Rasulullah SAW: “Senyum kalian bagi saudaranya adalah sedekah, beramar makruf dan nahi mungkar yang kalian lakukan untuk saudaranya juga sedekah, dan kalian menunjukkan jalan bagi seseorang yang tersesat juga sedekah.” (HR Tirmizi dan Abu Dzar).

My Partner


My best partner for STID course is Nurul Syafiqah Bt. Zakaria, she was 20 years old, she lives at Bota Kanan, Perak. I have asked her about what actually his ambition? and then she answered that she's like to become banker. The hobby she like the most is reading. Now she is in second semester and study same collage with me. She was the eldest among 3 siblings. Now she stayed at Bank Rakyat student residential hall. sorry i couldn't put his picture here because it was confidential and this is the only picture that I have from her .. hehehehe

Tips for learn more effectively

1 . Use both the right and left sides of the brain . This can be done by making the activity stimulates both sides of the brain .
 
2 . Stimulating all senses in learning. Studies show that :

- We remember 10 % of what we have read
- We remember 20 % of what we have heard
- We remember 50 % of what we have heard and seen
- We remember 70% of anything that we said
- We remember 90 % after we practice

3 . Studying in time to suit yourself (study according to your biological clock ) . However, the need to know the appropriate times to learn that before going to bed , after waking up , after a hot shower, after reading al-Quran/zikir after exercise and after praying .

4 . Repeats survey as soon as possible . A brief refresher after studying ( we will forget 80 % after the study ) . Revision as often as possible .

5 . Harness remembering skills :


- Paste the important notes on the wall - Use acronyms
- Change the words, sentences or definitions in the form of pictures or diagrams
- The design concept of the story or verse to remember

6 . Recognizing teachers are a good source of knowledge . Ask the teacher if not understand

7 . Makes notes like making patterns, outlining the key points and so on . Paste the complex information in a commonly seen .

8 . Efficient scheduling learned : Have a study schedule , compliant to the table , Create a table that can be followed

9 . Mindful of the thief of time studying the false hopes , delay and laziness .

10. Not waste time to learning when you are tired or sleepy .


11 . Know reward yourself after successfully learning such as reading newspapers, visiting friends or something entertaining ways.

12 . Currently, preparation will give a good start and give positive feedback to teachers. Read the first one or two times before the teacher teaches .

13 .Be kind to the teachers . Always respectful and caring the teachers .

Great exercises that you can do at home

  1. Walking – If the weather is nice, it’s wonderful to get outside and enjoy the scenery around you while you exercise. However, if the weather has other ideas, you can just as easily get an effective walking workout at home. If you have a flight of stairs, go up and down them a few times. (You could even grab a load of laundry as you’re going that way anyway!) This will help to tone up your legs, while getting some low impact aerobic exercise as well. If you don’t have any stairs available, just walk around the house a few times – it may not be very exciting, but it will do the job!
  2. Jumping Jacks – These are always fun, as they bring back memories of being a kid! Who hasn’t done jumping jacks for fun as a child? Well, surprise – they are also great cardio exercises, and good for warming up, too.
  3. Pushups – These are probably not the most favorite exercise of many people, but while they can be hard to do, you can find easier ways to do them. You don’t need to pretend you’re “Rocky”, and do them with one hand; just do what works for you. Do them on your knees, instead of keeping your legs straight. Or, do them standing up against a wall. You will be building up arm strength and working out muscles in your chest area.
  4. Leg Lifts – These are great for building up strength and muscles in your legs. If you find it hard to do the exercises with your legs straight, try bending them slightly.


  5. Crunches – The best exercise for building up and strengthening abdominal muscles. When you’re just getting started, don’t worry about getting your head all the way up. So long as you’re going up until you feel the stretching of the muscles, you will see some benefit.
  6. Jogging In Place – Jogging is a great exercise for your heart. You can jog in place at home while watching TV or listening to music. The only equipment you will require is a good pair of shoes, to eliminate any stress to your legs.
  7. Squats – These are wonderful exercises for your legs and buttocks. You can even just try these by sitting and standing up again from a regular chair, if you’re finding them to be too difficult. As long as you’re able to do a few repetitions, you will be providing some benefit to your body.
  8. Light Weight Lifting – No, you don’t need to go out and buy expensive weights for this! Just use whatever you can find in your house. Start out with something lighter, such as a can of peas, and work yourself up to heavier items. You can use milk jugs, laundry detergent bottles or even water jugs.
  9. Dancing – Dancing is a wonderful exercise, which is great for your heart. Not only that, but it can lift your spirits as well, and give your overall feeling a boost.
  10. Step Exercises – Using the steps in your home, you can do repetitions which will tone your leg muscles. (Just remember to be careful!)

Health is the most precious treasure , but many do not realize it until afflicted by serious illness . Many are not aware of the role of nutritious food intake to ensure good health . The main cause of acute attacks of diseases such as cancer and heart disease is due to not eating properly and eating less nutritious foods and lack of exercise . Regular eating patterns should start early .The saying goes , " Yourself Is What You Eat " and this statement is true in terms of health .

A balanced diet is food intake is sufficient for the body. Humans need food and vitamins for growth and health care. The mass media has also popularized a balanced diet through a variety of programs and writing articles about healthy eating this . Therefore, there is a wide range of advantages of this balanced diet .

1 . Enlargement man more perfect than the physical aspect .

Body receives all the necessary nutrients needed to build a strong body of human physical needs . The significant physical ability to make a human being can do its job so well and perfect . Clearly , a man's physical well-balanced diet is better than other, less caring human nutritional aspect .

2 . Provide adequate vitamins to the body.

Needs enough vitamin the human body makes it more resistant to withstand any infection or not easy to get sick . Human health is said to be the most important thing in one's life. Indeed , people who consume a balanced diet will have peace only good health .

3 . Able to control the rate of obesity .

One of the main aspects in a balanced diet is that humans must consume food in small quantities but enough nutrients needed by the body . Dietary control sebegi make one's body is not too fat and enables them to carry out various activities , especially activities that can nourish body workout as well. 4 . The mental development of a person is not disturbed .

The lack of certain nutrients can make the mental one is not smart enough or easily tired when trying to resolve a matter that is experienced in one's life. This situation makes a person fails to think to solve the problem more effectively than individual balanced nutritional aspects . So , a balanced diet of human mental aspect is more stable and resilient.

Take a lot of fruits and vegetables ( 8 to 10 servings ) followed a diet low in fat and dairy products ( 3 servings per day ) may reduce the risk of high blood pressure and lower blood pressure , thus reducing the risk of coronary heart disease.

5 . Osteoporosis

Getting enough calcium will protect you from osteoporosis . Calcium is found in dairy products , green leafy vegetables and many other products that are fortified with calcium .

6 . Spina Bifida

Taking foods that contain folic acid such as green vegetables or folic acid fortified cereals before and during pregnancy can help protect your baby from having spina bifida.

Balanced Diet Tips


Some balanced diet tips that can be practiced .

1 . Plenty of eating fruit.

Come to think about it a lot actually tasty and nutritious fruit . They were the apples , pineapple , bananas , garlic, wheat , potato , and papaya. All kinds of fruit mentioned is actually a lot of distinctive properties .

2 . Ate plenty of legumes .

Peas, beans and lentils are rich in protein , carbohydrates , fiber and some vitamins ( especially vitamin B ) . Soybeans are very rich in plant proteins - can be found in many forms such as soy milk , tofu , tempeh, textured vegetable protein and bean sprouts .

3 . Plenty of fluids .

Water is very important for your body functions , including digestion , absorption and transport of nutrients , excretion, regulation of body temperature and acts as a lubricating moving parts of the body . Your body will lose about 11/2 to 21/2 liters of water a day through urine, feces, sweat and vapor from the lungs. Do not wait until it feels thirst , to replace the fluids lost from the body. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day . The liquid is also available from other beverages , fruits , vegetables and other foods.

4 . Reduce the fat content in food.

Actually fat is important, but diet should contribute 20 % to 30 % growth in total energy requirement. so, therefore we should avoid excess fat intake :Choose foods low in fat and cholesterol .Using cooking oil in small quantities .Reducing the use of coconut milk or coconut oil in cooking. Choose lean meats and remove skin if possible (e.g. chicken skin) .Limiting the use of visible fat ( such as margarine, butter , salad oil , cream and mayonnaise ) .Adopt alternative cooking methods ( such as baking, microwaving or steaming ) of frying.

5 . Minimize sugar.
Processed foods and sugary foods like chocolate cake and ice cream contain a lot of sugar which gives a large amount of calories without nutrients or sugar seat also replace nutritious foods and get rid of some vitamins and minerals from tuba. Eating excess sugar means you bear the risk of damage teeth, obesity and other problems associated with it such as diabetes, heart attacks and so on.

6 . Less salt
Fast food, canned food, preserved meats and salty snacks such as potato chips, contain too much salt. Eating too much salt can cause high blood pressure which can eventually lead to heart attack or stroke .a few people may face a problem of too much water under the skin ( edema ) .

Sleep is the most compelling grace and not unfold the deck of words when you wake up and feel refreshed to resume daily activities. However, if you have trouble sleeping well it will impact for a long time. For brides who will get married, you should always ensure enough time is asleep and not excessive. They are often casual, and are typically taken either with a camera held at arm's length or in a mirror. The appeal of selfie comes from how easy they are to create and share, and the control they give self-photographers over how they present themselves. Many selfie are intended to present a flattering image of the person, especially to friends whom the photographer expects to be supportive. selfie also an act that contributes to the pros and cons. for goodness selfie is that we can strengthen the relationship with your friends and the community around us and can sharing the things that happened surrounding us but unfortunately selfie also has disadvantages. This happened when someone taking the selfie pictures while driving or dangerous work and taken the pictures selfie in the nude or perform indecent acts. Sometime they are doing this just because to seek the attention of a person or society. Thus, selfie can bring advantages and disadvantages to a person that if he knows how to use it.

My First Independent Journey

Ok so i will continue my story today with the tittle :my first independent journey. why I wrote this thing? First, it is  because I want to share my story with regard to first day I split with my family and came to the new place that i never go before. i want to share my experience that i got before I’m coming to the University. As i mentioned earlier at the first entries I’m actually not from Kedah state. I'm sabahan, After STPM I’m waiting for the result ( STPM result ) and as a student we must fulfill the document in the internet to choose what type of University that we like to enter and what program we like to choose.


After 7 month waiting for my UPU application, one message come into my phone and told me that I have been offered to continue a further study at UUM. When i got this message my first expression was happy and my second expression was weird because actually i don't know where is the University Located and how i should go there. So, my journey begins here when i go alone to this University without anyone followed me. 3 days before go to the university i didn't buy any ticket and when I try to buy the ticket i was shocked because it's so expensive, RM700 per person and i told my parents that they should not followed me because the ticket was expensive. ok before i leave from my house, that time I was so sad because that was my first time I was split with my parents and siblings, but the most sad thing was my mother because she never split with me since i was born, she cried a lot on that time and we was hugged together like she doesn't want to split with me, and i still remembered what she said to me that " where ever you go, whatever you do don't ever forgot me, you must take care of yourself , you must study hard to achieve your life goal, you must learn how to stand alone and live at people place, don't too much played, don't ever leave your responsibility as a Muslim person and the last she said was “i love you son”, it is hard for me to let you go but for your future I will do. Goodbye my son, my blessed always with you". On that time I was cried but i didn't show to her, i just keeping my smile but my heart was crying. the distance from my house to the Tawau airport is about 25 kilometer and  taking 25 minutes to reach there. after i arrived to the airport my mind on that time was still remembered what just happened at the house. i think I’m losed something but i don’t know what is it because i had prepared all my stuff before coming here and yeah it is difficult to said it.

At the Airport I have met a person that got same University with me . oh god I was happy on that time, her name is Hamidah, white skin, have beautiful smile and she is kind person. Her face looks like with my cousin. Back to my story, after I know her, we have a great chat like I know her long before, so nice to see her on that time, indirectly my mind become peace from think something that I should not think. my flight at 9.45 p.m  and I arrived at the LCCT Kuala Lumpur at 12.00pm but whether I reach to the LCCT, I will split with hasmidah because she need to take another flight to go to Penang before go to the university and I just go alone taking the bus to go Pudu at Kuala Lumpur and stayed in there until morning.

At 9.00 a.m  I go to the mall beside the Pudu station bus such as Mydin, Kota Raya and so on to buy something before go the University and I just put my stuff in Pudu because there have a shop to offer the left-luggage service. In KL city actually I don’t know the road or way to go anyway, I just walking like I know that place and make my face like I have been there for a long time whether that was my first time. Why I act like that because I have been told by someone if you in a new place don’t act like you are foreigner or strange person because probability that you will be fooled by community or people at there is higher. So my suggestion is just make myself like I’m a local and stayed there. At Night, I will go to the university by using a bus, double-decker bus and I forgot the name of that bus.

It takes about 6 hours from Pudu to University. My student residential hall (DPP) is Petronas but all the passenger in the bus off at Dpp proton at 5.15 a.m. on that time people still sleep and I don’t know how to go to my residential hall, so I’m just waited until morning and asked people when they walking here. So I have met one chinese boy and he is also student there help me to show the way to go to my residential hall. after that I just followed him and then I saw my residential college . At that time I was so happy.


When I reach there, I saw all student accompanied by their parent but I just alone. But never mind I tried to cheer myself with either there have their parents together but as me I can travel alone without help from anyone to came here. But you know at that time I was actually so tired to bring my luggage and I didn’t took shower yet but they already asked me to enroll inside the residential office , you know on that time I not ready to prepare for myself but they already asking my document and so on. On that time also I have met someone and I called him cikgu Nadzir he’s the first person I know followed by cikgu Jimi and others friend and now I have a lot of friend that I can’t count.

So the moral of this story is there are no barrier if you want to become successful, it’s up to you to make it success and also put your effort. Believe yourself that you can make it happen either you are alone or not and proud to be yourself with what you have done.

How Many type of Rice in Malaysia?

ok today i want to discuss about type of rice in malaysia.. why suddenly i write this thing?? because maybe some of us know about rice that we eat everyday but don't know the name of that rice..ok let me introduce the famous rice in Malaysia:

1. Nasi Lemak

Nasi lemak  is a fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and "pandan" leaf. we can eat this kind of nasi  with Sambal Ikan Bilis( some chilies mix with other ingredient such as anchovies,onion and so on) cucumber,boiled-egg , Chicken or meat rendang or anything you like. Nasi Lemak is so famous in Malaysia, everyone will know if you asking for Nasi Lemak when you go to eat this rice at any restaurant, you can eat this rice anytime you want whether breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.  

2. Nasi Kerabu


Nasi kerabu is a Malay rice dish, a type of nasi ulam, in which blue-coloured rice is eaten with dried fish or fried chicken, crackers, pickles and other salads. The blue color of rice resulting from the petals of Clitoria ternatea (butterfly-pea) flowers(kembang telang) used in cooking it.The rice can also be cooked with plain white rice or rice cooked using turmeric. It is often eaten with solok lada and is also eaten with fried keropok. Nasi kerabu is very popular in the east coast states of Malaya such as Kelantan and Terengganu. Some of people dislike to put Budu ( special ingredient from Kelantan) into their rice because they dislike with the smell of budu. if someone ask me do you like budu? my answer will be yes because without Budu the taste of Nasi Kerabu is totally something wrong..

3. Nasi Dagang 

Nasi dagang is a Malaysian and Southern Thai dish consisting of rice steamed in coconut milk, fish curry and extra ingredients such as fried shaved coconuthard-boiled eggs and vegetable pickles. Nasi Dagang literally means "Trading Rice". It is a well-known breakfast food in the states on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia, such as Terengganu and Kelantan and Southern Thailand territory of Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. The most famous Nasi dagang of Terengganu comes from Kampung Ladang, an area within the Kuala Terengganu district. Nasi Dagang can also be considered as a festive dish in Kelantan and Terengganu because it is prepared at home for the morning of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, to be eaten as a breakfast before or after the Eid prayers in the mosque but you also can eat nasi dagang anytime and anywhere.As you know The taste of this rice is so delicious either this rice look simple and i pretty like it hehehe. 

4. Nasi Minyak


Nasi Minyak actually made from Basmathi Rice cooked with all kind of spice .Actually, we can found this rice when people in malaysia make some event such as marriage, feast and so on ( look for the malaysian culture ). my comment for this rice is delicious, we can tasted the spice and the aroma also good.

5. Nasi Ayam ( Chicken Rice )

Actually this kind of rice is originated from Chinese. but now you can see it everywhere in Malaysia. sometimes when you want to eat this Nasi Ayam you can choose the type of chicken either it is being fried, boiled or grilled chicken. i like to eat  Chicken Rice because of its aroma and taste. actually it is easy to made this dishes because you don't need to put too many ingredient and the you also can find the ingredient in the market.


6. Nasi Campur ( Mixed Rice)


What kind of rice is this?? actually there is no exact rule to make this kind of rice because you can mixed this rice with other 'LAUK' or dishes as you can see in the picture. Khidmat, Rahsia dan khasiat Surah-surah

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera

hari ini nak kongsikan ttg khasiat2 surah-surah yg kita kurang tahu atau kita mmg tahu tp lupa,, jdi disini sya berkongsikan dan mengingatkan sesama kita termasuk diri sya sendiri agar terus mengingati ttg kehebatan Surah-surah dalam Kitab Al-quran dan diamalkan dalam kehidupan seharian agar semua amalan yang kita lakukan diterima oleh  ALLAH S.W.T.. In shaa Allah..


1) BISMILLAH (Dengan Nama Allah) Barangsiapa membaca sebanyak 21 kali ketika hendak tidur, nescaya terpelihara dari godaan dan gangguan syaitan, dari bencana manusia dan jin, daripada kecurian dan kebakaran, dan daripada kematian terkejut. Dan barang siapa membaca sebanyak 50 kali diahadapan orang yang zalim, hinalah dan masuk ketakutan dalam hati si zalim serta naiklah keberanian dan kehebatan kepada pembaca.

(2) SURAH AL-FATIHAH (Pembukaan) Barangsiapa membacanya sebanyak 41 kali diantara sembahyang sunatnya, nescaya permintaannya di perkenankan, jika sakit lekas sembuh dan nescaya dikasihi oleh makhluk dan ditakuti oleh musuh. Barang siapa membaca 20 kali sesudah tiap-tiap sembahyang fardhu, nescaya rezkinya dilapangkan oleh Tuhan dan bertambah baik keadaannya, serta bercahaya rohaninya.

(3) AYAT AL-KURSI (Kekuasaan Allah) Barangsiapa membacanya sekali selepas setiap sembahyang fardhu, nescaya terpelihara dari tipudaya dan ganguan syaitan. Dengan membacanya, seorang yang miskin akan menjadi kaya, dan jika dibaca ketika hendak tidur nescaya akan terselamat dari kecurian, kebakaran dan kekaraman. Barangsiapa sentiasa membaca ayat Al-Kursi, nescaya Allah akan kurniakan kepada ahli rumahnya kebaikkan yang tidak terhitung banyaknya. Barangsiapa berwudhuk lalu membaca sekali, nescaya Allah Akan meninggikan darjatnya setinggi 40 darjat dan Allah akan mendatangkan para malaikat menurut bilangan hurufnya, seraya berdoa untuk sipembaca sehinggalah ke hari Qiamat. Dan tersebut dalam hadith yang lain : Barangsiapa membacanya ketika hendak tidur, nescaya Allah akan membuka pintu rahmat baginya hingga kesubuh, dan mengurniakan kota nur menurut bilangan rambut dibadannya. Jika sipembacanya meninggal dunia pada malam itu, ia dikira mati syahid. Hadith yang lain mengatakan: Barangsiapa membacanya selepas setiap sembahyang fardhu, nescaya akan terpelihara dari kekerasan malakul-maut, dan Allah sendiri yang mencabut rohnya, dan dia akan dibangkitkan bersama para Mujahid yang berjihad beserta para Anbiya hingga ia gugur mati Syahid. Imam Jaafar Shadiq r. a. mengatakan: Barangsiapa membaca sekali, nescaya Allah akan menghindar darinya 1,000 kesukaran duniawi, yang terkecil sekali ialah kemiskinan dan kepapaan, dan 1,000 kesukaran ukhrawi, yang terkecil sekali ialah azab neraka.

(4) SURAH AL-BAQARAH (Sapi Betina) Barangsiapa membaca dua ayat terakhir dari surah ini (Amanarrasulu) sebelum tidur, ia akan terselamat dari segala bala bencana dan mara bahaya.

(5) SURAH ALI-IMRAN (Keluarga Imran) Barangsiapa membaca tiga ayat yang pertama dari surah ini, Nescaya ia akan mencapai kesihatan dari segala penyakit dan terselamat dari gangguan jin.

(6) SURAH AN-NISSA' (Perempuan) Barangsiapa yang membaca ayat yang ke 75 dari surah ini, nescaya ia akan terselamat dari kejahatan para penjahat.

(7) SURAH AL-MAIDAH (Hidangan) Barang siapa membaca ayat yang ke 7 dari surah ini, sebanyak yang mungkin selama 3 hari berturut -turut, insya Allah akan terselamat dari was-was semasa wudhu dan sembahyang. Barang siapa membaca ayat
89 hingga ayat 101dari surah ini, keatas air lalu diberi minum kepada orang yang bercakap dusta, nescaya ia tidak akan bercakap dusta lagi.

(8) SURAH AL-AN'AM (Binatang Ternak) Barang siapa membacanya sebanyak 7 kali, nescaya akan terhindar dari segala bala bencana. Jika ayat 63 dan 64 dari surah ini, dibaca oleh penumpang kapal, ia akan terselamat dari karam dan tenggelam.

(9) SURAH AL-A'RAAF (Benteng Tinggi) Barang kali membaca ayat 23 dari surah ini, selepas tiap- tiap sembahyang fardhu, lalu beristighfar kepada Allah, nescaya akan terampun segala dosanya. Barang siapa membaca ayat 47 dari surah ini, ia akan terpelihara dari kekacauan para penzalim serta ia akan mendapat rahmat Allah.

(10) SURAH AL- ANFAL (Rampasan) Barang siapa membaca ayat 62 dan 63 dari surah ini, nescaya dia akan di cintai dan dihormati oleh sekalian manusia.

(11) SURAH AL-BARAAH (AT-TAUBAH) (Pemutus perhubungan) Barangsiapa membacanya, nescaya akan terselamat dari kemunafiqan dan akan mencapai hakikat iman. Barang siapa membaca ayat 111 dari surah ini, dikedai atau ditempat-tempat perniagaan, nescaya akan maju perniagaannya itu.

(12) SURAH YUNUS (Yunus) Barangsiapa membaca ayat 31dari surah ini, ke atas Perempuan yang hamil, nescaya ia melahirkan anak dalam kandungannya itu dengan selamat. Barangsiapa membaca ayat 64 dari surah ini, nescaya ia akan terhindar dari mimpi-mimpi yang buruk dan mengigau.

(13) SURAH AL-HUD (Hud) Barang siapa membaca, nescaya ia akan mendapat kekuatan dan Kehebatan serta ketenangan dan ketenteraman jiwa. Barang siapa membaca ayat 56 dari surah ini, pada setiap masa, nescaya ia akan terselamat dari gangguan manusia yang jahat dan binatang yang liar. Barang siapa membaca ayat112 dari surah ini, sebanyak 11 Kali selepas tiap-tiap sembahyang, nescaya akan mencapai ketetapan hati.

(14) SURAH YUSUF (Yusuf) Barang siapa membacanya, akan di murahkan rezekinya dan diberikan kemuliaan kepadanya. Barang siapa membaca ayat 64 dari surah ini, ia akan terhindar dari kepahitan dan kesukaran hidup. Barang siapa membac ayat 68 dari surah ini, nescaya Allah akan mengurniakan kesalehan kepada anak-anaknya.

(15) SURAH AR-RA'D (Petir) Barang siapa membaca ayat 13 dari surah ini, ia akan terselamat dari petir. Dan barangsiapa membaca ayat 28 dari surah ini, nescaya Penyakit jantungnya akan sembuh.

(16) SURAH IBRAHIM (Ibrahim) Barang siapa membaca ayat-ayat 32 hingga 34 dari surah ini, nescaya anak-anaknya akan terhindar dari perbuatan-perbuatan syirik dan bida'ah.

(17) SURAH AL-IIIJ'R (Batu Gunung) Barang siapa membaca 3 ayat yang terakhir dari surah ini, ke atas perempuan yang selalu anak kandungannya gugur, nescaya anak kandungannya itu akan terselamat, dari gugurnya.

(18) SURAH BANI ISRAIL (anak-anak Israil) Barang siapa membacanya ke atas air, lalu diberi minum kepada orang yang bercakap gagap insya Allah akan hilang gagapnya itu. Barang siapa membaca ayat 80 dari surah ini, ketika ia pulang dari perjalanan, nescaya dia akan dimuliakan dan dihormati oleh orang- orang yang setempat dengannya.

(19) SURAH AL-KAHF (Gua) Barang siapa membacanya, akan terhindar dari kemiskinan dan kepapaan. Barang siapa membacanya pada malam Jumaat, nescaya dia akan mendapat rezeki yang murah.

(20) SURAH MARYAM (Maryam) Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya akan mendapat kejayaan di dunia dan di akhirat.

(21) SURAH THAAHAA (Hai Manusia) Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya Allah akan mengurniakan kepadanya ilmu pengetahuan dan akan tercapai segala maksudnya. Barang siapa membaca ayat- ayat 25 hingga 28 sebanyak 21 kali, tiap- tiap hari selepas sembahyang subuh nescaya otaknya akan cerdas dan akalnya akan sempurna.

(22) SURAH AL ANBIYA (Nabi-Nabi) Barang siapa membaca ayat 83 dari surah ini, nescaya dia akan mendapat sebesar-besar pangkat di sisi Allah s. w. t .

(23) SURAH AL-HAJ (Haji) Barang siapa membacanya, Allah akan membinasakan musuh- musuhnya.

(24) SURAH AL-MU'MINUN (Orang-orang Mukmin) Barang siapa membacanya ke atas air, lalu diberi minum kepada orang yang selalu minum minuman keras, nescaya dia tidak akan meminumnya lagi. Barang siapa membaca ayat 28 dari surah ini, nescaya perahunya akan terselamat daripada karam dan rumahnya akan terselamat dari kecurian dan serangan musuh.

(25) SURAH AN-NUUR (Cahaya) Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya ia akan terhindar dari mimpi- mimpi yang buruk. Barang siapa membaca ayat 35 dari surah ini, pada hari Jumaat sebelum sembahyang Asar, nescaya dia akan disegani oleh orang ramai.

(26) SURAH AL-FURQAN (Pembaca) Barang siapa membacanya sebanyak 3 kali ke atas air yang bersih, lalu air itu dipercikkan di dalam rumah, nescaya rumah itu akan terselamat dari gangguan binatang-binatang yang liar dan ular-ular yang bisa.

(27) SURAH ASY-SYU A'RA (Ahli-ahli Syair) Barang siapa membaca ayat 130 dari surah ini, sebanyak 7 kali dengan senafas ke atas orang-orang yang digigit oleh binatang-binatang yang berbisa nescaya akan hilang bisa-bisa itu.

(28) SURAH AN-NAML (Semut) Barang siapa membacanya nescaya nikmat-nikmat Allah akan kekal kepadanya.

(29) SURAH AL-QA-SHASH (Cerita) Barang siapa membacanya ke atas pekerja-pekerjanya, nescaya Mereka tidak akan mencuri dan mengkhianat. Barang siapa membaca ayat-ayat 51 hingga 55 dari surah ini, Nescaya otaknya akan cergas, akalnya akan sempurna dan budi pekertinya akan halus.

(30) SURAH AL-ANKABUT (Labah-labah) Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya demamnya akan sembuh. Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya ia akan terhindar dari gelisah dan keluh kesah.

(31) SURAH AR-RUM (Rum) Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya Allah akan membinasakan orang yang hendak menzaliminya.

(32) SURAH LUQMAN (Luqman) Barang siapa membacanya, nescaya ia akan terhindar dari segala- gala penyakit terutama dari penyakit-penyakit perut. Barang siapa membaca ayat 31 dari surah ini, nescaya akan terselamat dari bencana banjir.

(33) SURAH AS-SAJ DAH (Sujud) Barang siapa membaca ayat-ayat 7 hingga 9 dari surah ini, ke atas kanak-kanak yang baru lahir, nescaya ia akan terhindar dari segala- gala penyakit ruhani dan jasmani.

(34) SURAH AL-AHZAB (Golongan-golongan) Barang siapa membaca ayat-ayat 45 hingga 48 dari surah ini, nescaya ia akan mendapat kemuliaan dan kehormatan sejati. Dan barang siapa membaca ayat-ayat 60 hingga 66 dari surah ini, nescaya Allah akan membinasakan musuh- musuhnya.

(35) SURAH SABA' (Saba') Dengan membacanya, terselamatlah ia dari segala-gala bala bencana, terutamanya dari rosaknya tanam-tanaman.

(36) SURAH FAATHIR (Pencipta) Barang siapa membaca ayat-ayat 29 dan 30, nescaya Allah Akan memberkati perniagaannya.

(37) SURAH YAASIIN (Hai Manusia) Nabi kita Muhammad s. a. w bersabda : "Tiap-tiap sesuatu Mempunyai hati dan hati Al-Quran ialah surah Yaasiin." Yaasiin kerana Allah, nescaya akan terampun segala-gala dosanya kecuali dosa syirik.." Dalam satu hadith yang lain Baginda s. a. w bersabda: "Hendaklah kamu membaca surah Yaasiin ke atas pesakit-pesakitmu yang menghadapi sakaratul- maut, nescaya Allah s. w. t akan meringankan kekerasan sakaratul-maut itu."Dalam satu hadith yang lain pula Baginda s. a. w bersabda: "Aku ingin benar, agar surah Yaasiin ini dihafaz oleh tiap-tiap umatku." Barang siapa membacanya sebanyak 41 kali, pasti akan tercapai segala hajat dan cita-citanya. Barang siapa membacanya sebanyak 21 kali pada malam Jumaat, Lalu berdoa istghfar untuk kedua ibu bapanya, nescaya dosa kedua ibu bapanya akan diampunkan oleh Tuhan. Barang siapa membaca sekali ketika membuka kedai atau perniagaan, nescaya akan maju perniagaannya itu. Barang siapa membacanya sekali pada awal malam, andaikata ia mati pada malam itu, mesti ia mati syahid. Barang siapa membacanya sekali selepas tiap-tiap sembahyang Jumaat, nescaya ia akan diselamatkan dari siksa kubur. Jika dibacanya oleh seorang askar, ketika ia hendak turun kemedan peperangan, Allah akan mengurniakan kepadanya keberanian dan kegagahan, serta naiklah ketakutan pada musuh-musuhnya. Hikmat-hikmat dan khasiat-khasiat surah Yaasiin ini banyak benar didapati di dalam kitab-kitab hadith tetapi cukuplah setakat ini untuk diamal oleh anda sekalian.

(38) SURAH ASH-SHAAFFAAT (Yang Berbaris) Barang siapa membacanya, insya Allah in akan terpelihara daripada gangguan jin.

(39) SURAH SHAAD (Shaad) Dengan membaca ayat 42 dari surah ini, nescaya akan mendapat kebahagian sejati. Insyallah rakan- rakan semua akan mendapat 'Sayangilah Diri Anda Sebelum Menyayangi Insan Lain.

Share dan selamat beramal
